Structural Soft Felt Lining
Structural soft felt lining is used to repair defects such as fracturing or leaking joints and where root ingress has occurred. The process involves the installation of a resin impregnated sleeve which is inflated in position and hardens to form a new pipe within the existing damaged drain. Our lining works carry a 15 year guarantee.
Reforming
When deformation of pitch fibre pipework has occured the shape of the drain can be restored by means of 'mechanical re-rounding' followed by structural soft felt lining using thermal curing equipment to prevent further 'squashing'. Drainsmart have employed this technique on various complete housing estates with huge economical and disruption savings.
Excavation & Renewal
